Since all the regex handling and filename extraction code is already in place, it would be great if ASF allowed editing the filename that gets passed to the save dialog. If you can modify the save path, I would think(/hope) modifying the filename would be relatively easy.

The way I envision this working is simply having an additional field below local folder that says "filename mask" (or something along those lines).

The field could default to %asf_F% so it would just pass thru the filename as is, but being able to modify the filename would be very convenient (adding date stamp, or url info to an image for instance). I realize you do this in part with dta, but since there is no way to pass a filtered folder to dta for images, it seems adding on additional field to ASF is the simplest solution (if it is in fact that case that the vast majority of the heavy lifting has already been done coding wise... as far as capturing the url/filename info, allowing regexes, and interacting with the save dialog).

Thanks :)

unfortunately, it's working only with right-clicked downloads.

I didn't find how to rename filename with single-clicked downloads.
I don't want to implement a half-working feature so I didn't do it.

If I find how to access the filename in both mode, I will add it :D
