Just wanna say 1st that I love this add-on and it's helped me so much already.

When I right click on an image an click save as or save image as, it always opens a window asking me where to put it.
The auto picks the right folder every time however is there a way to make that window not even pop up?

unfortunately, I don't have access to that window.
It seems hardcoded to the OS (so I can't make an auto-accept option when it opens).

I could, on the contrary, prevent it to open at all, but I would need to modify the Firefox main saving function, and would render ASF to conflict with other add-ons which replace it with their own code. we will need to choose which add-on can modify the same function. It was like that with 0.9.3, conflicting with 2 other add-ons, but I changed it on 1.0. I don't want to revert back.

I think you will have to click "ok" everytime :/
Sorry

Hi,

I love your addon too, but have the same problems as the first poster.

Would it be possible to put a new entry into the right-click-menu such as 'ASF save image'? There you could put your download code which wouldn't interfere with the built in one.

no, I don't know how to read the clicked item information (filename, host info), so I can't filter the download without an official firefox window :/

I could maybe duplicate the "save link/image as..." and modify the script.
I'll have to try that to see what informations I really have access to.
